Validity
By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Product pricing is correct at the time of entering the information. However, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Availability of Goods
All items are usually despatched within 48 hours of placing your order on the In2-games website. In the unlikely event that any items are temporarily unavailable, every effort will be made to get the product sourced within the 48 hour time period. In any event we will not charge you until the date your order is despatched out to you.

Your Undertakings and Warranties
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.

Acknowledgement of Order
When you have completed the order, your details will be confirmed as part of the payment process prior to despatch. This confirmation will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and any P&P) and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful, we will contact you within 24 hours with a full explanation. Please note that when you place an order, In2-games will acknowledge it, but reserve the right to notify you if the price has been incorrectly advertised, and amend the charge to you accordingly. Should you not wish to proceed with the transaction at the new price your order will be cancelled and you will incur no charges.

Payment
All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Returns
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from In2-games.

Force Majeure
In2-games shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability
Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations to give you a refund, if we do not perform the contract within 30 days or other agreed timescale our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction, and in certain circumstances the postage cost.

Safe Shopping
In2-games takes internet security very seriously and for this reason, we direct all our payments through Paypal’s secure servers. Your personal information is stored on Paypals servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, Paypal do not directly connect their firewall-protected servers to the internet.

Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable; the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and In2-games shall be governed by English Law, and you and In2-games submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and will keep the information you entrust by keeping it safely and securely. We collect information from you for a number of reasons. Firstly in order to process your order, we collect your name, email address, postal address and credit card details.
